Supervisor I

Create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment by supervising the sales floor and coaching the team to deliver sales and KPI targets. Build client relationships to drive repeat business and VIP retention, lead by example as a brand ambassador, and support recruitment, onboarding, and training. Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS and inventory operations, and maintain stockroom readiness. Drive omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream shopping and customer data capture to grow loyalty.
