Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
  • •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, training, and development feedback.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards; lead to repeat business and VIP retention.
  • •Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility (key-holding).
  • •Maintain operational excellence by processing POS transactions and inventory functions (transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, damages) and keeping the stockroom organized.
