Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, including loading/unloading and inspecting vehicles to ensure safe driving. Complete customer paperwork and add detailed notes to the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. You’ll also support onboarding requirements such as obtaining local notary status and meeting state license requirements within set timeframes.
