Drive the evolution of DevOps practices through hands-on execution and strategic leadership. Own day-to-day DevOps operations, release quality, and CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure reliability. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to enable seamless deployments, improve observability and alerting, and implement automation to reduce manual work. Ensure scalability, performance, and security are built into infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting goals and fostering continuous improvement.
•Oversee daily DevOps operations including build/release management, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and infrastructure reliability.
•Drive technical decisions and advise on tooling, automation strategies, and architecture.
•Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to prioritize work and ensure seamless deployments.
•Monitor and improve infrastructure reliability, alerting, and observability while incorporating scalability, performance, and security best practices.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
•Proven expertise with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
•Scripting skills such as bash and Python.
•Strong infrastructure-as-code and cloud experience with Terraform and AWS/GCP/Azure.
•Hands-on Kubernetes experience with Amazon EKS and containerization tools like Docker.
