Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence, manage, and deliver environmental elements of energy T&D infrastructure projects.
  • •Manage projects including bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.
  • •Oversee delivery of environmental inputs including planning applications, EA/EIA, route optioning, site selection, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Support and contribute to DCO examinations and planning inquiries as part of environmental assessments.
  • •Grow business by working with sector leads and client account managers, preparing proposals, and upskilling junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant environmental degree qualification in EIA or similar.
  • •Achieved or working towards Chartered Environmental Status and Full membership of IEMA (or similar professional body qualification).
  • •Excellent experience with EIA processes, working within multidisciplinary teams with limited supervision.
  • •Sound knowledge and experience of relevant environmental and planning legislation.
  • •First-rate verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and reviewing with attention to detail.
