Job Summary

Define how complex systems are delivered to customers by translating business outcomes into technical plans and leading day-to-day execution across Forward Deployed Engineering, researchers, and customer engineers. Embed with customer teams to map workflows, ship production deployments, and drive onboarding, adoption, and change management. Track dependencies, sequence work, codify reusable patterns and evals, and own value cases using baselines, KPIs, and pre-/post-deployment measurement.

•Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Run day-to-day engineering execution by tracking and driving delivery across OpenAI teams and customers, keeping work unblocked and sequenced.
•Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, map workflows, shape tools/integrations, and lead onboarding, adoption, and change management.
•Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform and research workstreams land in time to support deployment goals.
•Codify solution patterns and evals, and own value cases by setting hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and reporting pre-/post-deployment results to exec sponsors.

•Strong technical fluency across system-level understanding and execution detail, including sketching architectures and moving problems to shipped systems.
•Experience shipping AI/LLM systems, including solution patterns, integration basics, and production pitfalls.
