Lead strategic design and end-to-end implementation of integrated ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement integrated ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, translating customer needs into actionable ERP architectures and designs.
•Lead project milestones, monitor performance, and define KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery across the ERP implementation lifecycle.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary contact for functional requirements across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
•Assist in shaping sales strategies for ERP projects and define measurable success metrics for ERP systems.
•Proactively manage customer relationships, enable customers to effectively adopt ERP systems, and promote knowledge sharing within the business area.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in advising, designing and integrating ERP systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, and solid process knowledge in supply chain, finance, logistics, production, retail and/or project modules.
•Ability to shape sales strategies in ERP projects and define and measure success KPIs for ERP systems.
•Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2) and ability to clearly convey complex concepts in an agile team.
•Proactive, analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, customer focus, and willingness to travel for project assignments.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field.
