Own and deliver high-impact product initiatives within the New Hiring Experiences pillar, shaping innovative workflows that help professionals succeed in Thumbtack’s home services marketplace. Partner closely with engineering, design, research, and data science to ideate, prioritize, and launch solutions. Define and analyze metrics, run user research and experiments, and manage end-to-end execution while applying AI/ML responsibly to elevate the marketplace.
