•Partner with Relationship Managers to support sales and servicing activities.
•Identify and qualify prospects using industry and client research, and facilitate introductions for new business opportunities.
•Maintain client management records in iris, including client profiles and opportunity pipelines.
•Prepare and contribute to client presentations and proposals, including drafting deal screens and opportunity memos.
•Collect KYC due diligence information and conduct initial pricing analysis to generate relationship pricing models.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration), Liberal Arts, or equivalent work experience preferred.
•1–2+ years of experience in commercial banking, financial services, client-facing sales, or accounting.
•Foundational knowledge of financial and credit risk analysis, U.S. economy and regulatory environment, and commercial lending practices.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
