Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess, prepare, and educate patients before endoscopic procedures.
  • •Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, allergies, and relevant clinical information.
  • •Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures and administer medications and conscious sedation as ordered.
  • •Monitor patients throughout procedures and during recovery, including discharge instructions and recovery monitoring until criteria are met.
  • •Follow infection prevention and control protocols, maintain endoscopy equipment and rooms, ensure proper cleaning/disinfection/storage, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • •Valid DOH/DHA/MOH Nursing License.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
