Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager relations matters, mediating and resolving complex workplace issues with Legal as needed.
  • •Enable people managers through relationship building, communication initiatives, and HR programs that support team success.
  • •Lead critical employee lifecycle moments to enhance engagement, analyze employee feedback trends, and champion site culture with local events and initiatives.
  • •Support performance management by coaching and counseling managers on performance and development using tools and guidance.
  • •Ensure ethics, safety, and compliance through investigations, clear guidance on ethical issues, and adherence to company policies and relevant laws (including Quebec-specific requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HR experience focused on employee relations and supporting people managers.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
  • •Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship).
