Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, or detailed design analyses and develop them per project scope, codes, and McDermott procedures within schedule and budget.
  • •Lead discipline teams and oversee the engineering design of the assigned area to a high professional standard.
  • •Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of discipline execution, including scope, deliverables, schedule, and manpower resources.
  • •Interface with other departments and clients to ensure input and alignment across disciplines and projects.
  • •Monitor KPI measurements and provide piping discipline input into project execution plans and schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •15-20 years of experience as a Piping Engineer in Oil and gas with a major contractor performing Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED, and detail design
  • •Lead Piping Engineer on FEED and EPC projects via Multi-offices Project Execution
  • •Detailed knowledge of Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design Phases Projects and of design techniques and standards (ANSI, ASME, API, BS, NFPA)
  • •Familiar with SP3D / E3D / Navisworks and modularization approaches
