Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lifecycle maintenance for MPS, including incident investigation and bug fixing.
  • •Develop and support MPS software modules and implement documentation changes.
  • •Design and implement full-stack roster planning features and user interfaces for planners and rostered staff.
  • •Integrate MPS with other subsystems to exchange roster-related data securely with role-based access.
  • •Contribute to modernization of remaining legacy manpower planning tools (e.g., PDMS, SISO, AOD Booking Tool, Elektra).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack Developer.
  • •At least 3 years each with Angular and TypeScript, plus Spring Boot for server-side development.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 for client-side development, and expertise with SQL, Hibernate, and Java database access.
  • •At least 3 years of experience designing user-friendly, visually attractive web interfaces and building automated tests (unit, integration, API, and end-to-end).
  • •Bachelor’s degree (ICT domain/equivalent) or at least 6 years of professional ICT experience; ability to work in English at C1/B2/B2/C1 level (English certification or confirmation required if available).
