Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety policies, quality systems, and cleanroom protocols; conduct work area inspections and follow safe work practices.
  • •Execute daily production activities per work instructions and standard operating procedures; monitor production flow, cycle time, and WIP to support OTD and output targets.
  • •Perform routine checks and operate multiple machines in a highly automated cleanroom to meet shift targets.
  • •Support equipment and process monitoring, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting; record and report abnormalities and deviations for traceability.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback; integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Materials, or related).
  • •Able to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
  • •Basic familiarity with manufacturing processes and high-volume manufacturing/production environments.
  • •Ability to follow structured work instructions, procedures, and cleanroom/quality systems (including 6S).
  • •Clear verbal and written communication skills in English for reporting issues and handovers.
