Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead partner engagements end to end, including technical exchanges, integration design ownership, and resolution of open items across both organizations.
  • •Design across organizational boundaries by owning cross-team problems, leading through design, orchestration, and proof of concept.
  • •Establish reusable patterns by converting recurring engagement needs into reference architectures, decision guidance, and integration documentation.
  • •Own the intake process by translating partner and field needs into scoped, prioritized engineering work and returning documented decisions.
  • •Scale onboarding across the Army by identifying where onboarding requires manual intervention and defining automated or self-service paths.

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, integration engineering, technical program management, or forward-deployed engineering.
  • •Architecture judgment for API- and service-based systems, including REST or gRPC integrations, authentication flows (OIDC/service credentials/secretless), data contracts/schema, and event streams.
  • •Experience leading across an organizational boundary as a technical lead to external engineering teams or as an owner of a developer-facing platform surface.
