Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver training programs or projects according to the training schedule for retail staff.
  • •Define training objectives based on analysis of target audiences’ needs and develop training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
  • •Own and ensure adoption of the company’s training strategy in collaboration with global training partners.
  • •Maintain training program databases, manuals, and records/materials; prepare regular training reports evaluating effectiveness and recommending changes.
  • •Conduct store visits and coaching to frontline staff; monitor training budget and coordinate internal and external parties for training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 years of training experience in a customer contact (multi-location) environment, with retail experience preferred.
  • •Strong track record delivering business-focused solutions through training and development practices.
  • •Ability to identify, quantify, prioritize, raise, and solve problems by synthesizing information into possible solutions.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication in both Korean and English.
