Job Summary

Design, develop, and deliver retail training programs for staff by defining objectives through analysis, creating virtual and classroom content, and partnering with leadership and global training partners. Own and drive adoption of the training strategy, run the retail high potential program, maintain training records and databases, and produce reporting to evaluate effectiveness. Conduct store visits and coaching, coordinate training initiatives, monitor the training budget, and stay ahead of service and training innovations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deliver training programs or projects according to the training schedule for retail staff.
•Define training objectives based on analysis of target audiences’ needs and develop training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
•Own and ensure adoption of the company’s training strategy in collaboration with global training partners.
•Maintain training program databases, manuals, and records/materials; prepare regular training reports evaluating effectiveness and recommending changes.
•Conduct store visits and coaching to frontline staff; monitor training budget and coordinate internal and external parties for training initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 8 years of training experience in a customer contact (multi-location) environment, with retail experience preferred.
•Strong track record delivering business-focused solutions through training and development practices.
•Ability to identify, quantify, prioritize, raise, and solve problems by synthesizing information into possible solutions.
•Strong verbal and written communication in both Korean and English.
