Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer lifecycle across multiple use cases, from discovery to go-live and hypercare, ensuring successful delivery.
  • •Guide customers in ingestion enablement, data sources, triggers, and architecture scope; validate data integrity across Epic and ancillary systems.
  • •Lead runtime enablement by configuring Epic on FHIR apps and SMART on FHIR where relevant, ensuring secure integration.
  • •Define and implement writeback channels (FHIR create APIs, HL7 Z-segments, portal APIs, SMART workflows) per use case.
  • •Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team execution to meet deadlines and deliver measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven delivery experience integrating with EHRs (ideally Epic Systems) and/or major health-system IT environments.
  • •Hands-on fluency across HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2 / app registration, and interface troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with cohort feeds / triggers via SQL extracts (e.g. Epic Clarity), HL7 feeds, and/or Bulk FHIR; ability to perform data integrity validation.
  • •Track record writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via FHIR create APIs, HL7 customization (Z-segments), external portal APIs, or SMART-based workflows.
  • •Has owned implementations end-to-end: discovery → build → go-live → hypercare, with measurable outcomes.
