•Design and build the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline that moves leads from cold to warm to hot before agent assignment.
•Own and operate the AWS Connect integration for human-assisted concierge experiences for complex/high-value leads.
•Build and maintain unclaimed lead management with automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement.
•Develop lead readiness scoring signals/models to determine when leads are hot enough for agent assignment.
•Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice, collaborating with data and ML teams to incorporate behavioral signals and conversion predictions.

•Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems, including building stateful automation pipelines and re-engagement flows.
