Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a core technical resource for deploying centralized, secure, reusable geospatial data services.
  • •Assist senior geospatial personnel in reviewing and validating vendor/contractor deliverables such as web maps, spatial analyses, and geoprocessing tools.
  • •Translate mission requirements into basic technical specifications for GIS solutions and applications, and provide routine technical assistance to program office, cybersecurity teams, and contractors.
  • •Contribute to integrating geospatial applications and services into modern DevSecOps environments and help maintain migration documentation, onboarding checklists, and deployment SOPs.
  • •Support governance by maintaining metadata standards, schema baselines, and data quality guidelines, and help ensure compliance with performance/security requirements (including CUI handling documentation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
  • •Basic proficiency in Python.
  • •Foundational experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • •Familiarity with ArcGIS Data Store (or comparable GIS data management tools).
