Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) workstreams in large transformation programs, owning end-to-end delivery for Project-to-Cash and Project Costing & Controlling. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for PS (project structures, costing, budgeting, settlement, and revenue recognition) and ensure tight integration with Finance and Logistics. Coordinate cross-functional delivery, run fit-to-standard workshops, manage testing/cutover, and provide go-live/hypercare support while mentoring PS consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP PS workstream delivery across S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
•Own end-to-end Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project Costing & Controlling processes, including acting as the primary PS escalation point.
•Drive PS solution design and hands-on configuration, covering project structures, cost planning/budgeting/availability control, settlement, and revenue recognition integration.
•Lead fit-to-standard workshops and manage ECC-to-S/4HANA PS simplifications and functional impacts, including remediation impacting PS processes.
•Oversee PS testing, cutover planning, and go-live/hypercare support; ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and mentor PS consultants.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
•At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a PS Lead role.
•Deep knowledge of project-based accounting and controlling, including PS–FI/CO integration and Results Analysis/settlement.
•Experience leading PS delivery in large SAP programs with strong stakeholder management and communication.
•Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and revenue accounting/reporting (RAR) integration is a plus.
