Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return workflow, partnering with Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping to ensure accurate recording and status visibility. Analyze material availability to meet contract requirements, identify barriers, and drive actions. Coordinate and expedite movement of repair items, and use MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
