Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct store inventory levels (no OOS/OVS) by analyzing inventory status and updating ordering parameters.
  • •Maintain replenishment model parameters in the system, including lead times, reorder points, EOQs, and supplier minimum order quantities.
  • •Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store ordering, and track receipt of orders.
  • •Manage relevant inventory in coordination with Category Managers and ensure accurate inventory position records.
  • •Dispatch orders to suppliers, track delivery, liaise to improve collaborative forecasting and replenishment, and provide inventory/purchase forecast analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in demand planning.
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize while delivering solutions.
  • •Ability to interact with senior-level executives and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills with hands-on tool usage (SQL, G-Sheets/Excel; Claude/AI tools; Python is a plus).
  • •Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
