Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ELS strategy using Kaizen, VSM, and root-cause analysis, including improvement roadmaps aligned with site KPIs.
  • •Drive Lean activities such as 5S and Standard Work deployment and waste-reduction initiatives; support daily operational reviews and corrective actions.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time KPI clarity and decision-making.
  • •Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes and improve performance by analyzing operational/engineering data.
  • •Train and coach teams on Lean tools (including A3 and RCA) and support sustainment audits and follow-up assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field).
  • •1-3 years of industrial experience.
  • •Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • •Understanding of Manufacturing 4.0 and digital transformation concepts, with the ability to interpret operational data into actions.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without authority; strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
