Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and post monthly accrual entries; ensure accurate recording for goods in transit, freight, and GRNI.
  • •Track and monitor actual capital expenditures against approved CAPEX budgets; record and analyze depreciation and CAPEX-related system entries.
  • •Lead monthly inventory activities and prepare inventory/backflush entries; monitor inventory transactions and stock levels for anomalies.
  • •Perform fixed cost analysis, operations cost analysis (APEX cost computation), and accounts variance analysis with reporting for review.
  • •Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Amcor accounting policies, and local tax regulations; support month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (or business management graduate preferably Accountancy).
  • •Minimum three years’ experience in management and operations accounting.
  • •Proactive experience in leading and ability to multitask while meeting constant deadlines.
  • •Strong financial skills for analyzing information and preparing detailed reports.
  • •Working knowledge of IFR standards and Philippine tax laws; experience with ERP systems (QAD accounting system advantage).
