Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, driving service excellence and guest satisfaction. Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, manage rosters and service standards, collaborate with kitchen, ensure RSA and hygiene compliance, and promote the property's F&B offerings while working predominantly evenings and weekends.
