Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers to create value and deliver outcomes across adoption and renewals, proactively collaborating cross-functionally to ensure unified customer experience.
  • •Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions using technical expertise, AI, and automation to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution across Cisco technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching technologies (Catalyst switches, ISR/ASR routers, IOS-XE).
  • •Working knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and core LAN/WAN technologies.
  • •Experience with Cisco SD-WAN deployment and basic troubleshooting, including control plane/data plane and configuration/policy concepts.
  • •Japanese language proficiency and English proficiency to collaborate with regional and global teams.
