Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver professional services engagements for Fortinet customers, including discovery of customer requirements (project scope, technical requirements, solution design).
  • •Conduct design workshops with customers and stakeholders remotely and onsite.
  • •Lead deployment, migration, and optimization of Fortinet solutions in customer environments while executing tasks to timelines and quality standards.
  • •Provide technical consultation as a trusted advisor during project delivery, including best-practice advice and issue resolution/escalation.
  • •Maintain expert knowledge across network security disciplines and complete required administrative tasks and project documentation (e.g., statement of work, work-complete signing, reports).

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of relevant network security experience, ideally with a network security vendor.
  • •5+ years in LAN/WAN/Internet support or administration.
  • •3+ years experience with Network Security Products.
  • •Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Network security certifications (Fortinet NSE 4 minimum and above) plus troubleshooting experience for complex network & security environments.
