Job Summary

Lead end-to-end finance strategy, performance management, and governance for the East Asia Pacific region across multiple countries and business models (retail, wholesale, franchise, and eCommerce). Partner with the EAP Managing Director and leadership team to drive annual/strategic planning, investment and working capital decisions, and monthly business reviews. Ensure financial controls and compliance (US GAAP, local requirements, SOX) while leading and developing a high-performing regional finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as trusted financial advisor to the EAP Managing Director and leadership team, influencing key commercial and investment decisions.
•Lead AFP/SBP, budgeting, forecasting, and drive robust analysis across revenue, margin, operating expenses, and working capital.
•Oversee capital investment business cases, inventory planning/open-to-buy budgets, and lead cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
•Ensure integrity of financial results and compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and SOX; co-lead the accounting close process.
•Lead and develop the regional EAP finance organization (FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, treasury, AP/AR, procurement, and sales audit), coaching and building future finance leaders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, or CA) preferred.
•15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior regional leadership in retail, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
•Strong FP&A and P&L ownership experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.
•Deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, accounting, controls, and reporting (US GAAP and local GAAP).
•Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and financial planning systems such as Hyperion, Essbase, and HFM strongly preferred.
