Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead firmware and electronics hardware development for electrical fusible products and circuit protection devices within the PCS group.
  • •Own hardware design and product development to meet project schedules and budgets, including overall hardware design and technical project leadership.
  • •Define system/subsystem specifications, designing system architecture and requirements for complex systems.
  • •Perform and drive product execution from concept through commercialization, including PCB design, POC, verification/validation, and certification testing to global standards.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external/internal customers to deliver technical solutions, protect intellectual property, and mentor the product development team.

Key Requirements

  • •9–15 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development of circuit protection products, including concept-to-commercialization delivery across multiple medium/high-complexity projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with PCB design, component selection, schematic creation/evaluation, and product testing/prototype development.
  • •Knowledge of circuit protection functionality and standards such as UL, IEC, and NEC for devices like breakers, fuses, relays, switchgears, and contactors.
  • •Experience covering the full hardware development lifecycle: requirements management, design, development, verification/validation, qualification, and certification testing for electrical/industrial applications.
  • •Ability to independently lead technical efforts, influence complex engineering decisions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
