Key Responsibilities

  • •Own dealer implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare.
  • •Configure solutions for each dealership by translating service-drive workflows and tech stack into product configuration through structured discovery and collaboration.
  • •Validate that customer, availability, recall, and RO data flow correctly across systems before go-live.
  • •Train dealership staff for adoption, manage change, and handle live troubleshooting with reproducible steps.
  • •Create runbooks and SOPs for repeatability and route field feedback back to product with specificity.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on integration and configuration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or configuration tools, validated end-to-end.
  • •Troubleshooting and log diagnosis skills to reproduce issues, read logs, and isolate configuration problems from product bugs.
  • •Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences and driving adoption through change.
  • •Implementation project management experience owning kickoff-to-go-live timelines and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to confirm and validate data across systems (e.g., records, statuses, and availability sync correctly).
