Automotive Detail Supervisor - (1st and 2nd Shift Openings)

Lead automotive detailing operations in Carvana’s Greenfield Inspection Center, directly managing and developing hourly detail associates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day workflows, review mechanical/physical defects, coach the team on Quality Control standards, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory. Maintain safety, enforce policies and performance standards, and resolve team conflicts to ensure efficient first-time repairs.
