Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships using styling and product expertise, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and manage omni-channel selling with mobile POS and clienteling tools. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and shipment receiving.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
