Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and develop long-range financial plans, goals, and objectives and direct specific strategies for set objectives.
  • •Research, analyze, and interpret financial transactions and data, including market/economic conditions, to maintain fiscal integrity.
  • •Oversee project financial performance and cash flow control, including timely financial reporting and cost control vs. work budget.
  • •Manage regulatory reporting for overseas projects and ensure compliance with tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage quarterly and annual audits and lead the team’s dynamics, motivation, and professional development roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, accounting, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience in accounting and finance in related industries.
  • •CPA or MBA in Accounting is an advantage.
  • •Ability to evaluate and direct financial strategies, financial reporting systems, and investment activities.
  • •Experience managing audits and year-end procedures in line with statutory requirements.
