Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects that enable core products to evolve and scale.
  • •Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js).
  • •Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
  • •Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new engineering teammates in the United Kingdom and/or Ireland.
  • •Set an example for effective, collaborative engineering and mentor junior team members as a cultural beacon.

Key Requirements
