Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Leading the end-to-end coordination of submissions, from go/no-go decisions through to final delivery.
•Interpreting RFP and tender documentation and translating requirements into a clear response strategy.
•Writing, editing and refining high-quality submission content across a range of disciplines.
•Coordinating inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
•Supporting pricing inputs and contributing to overall commercial positioning.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering bids, tenders or structured proposals.
•Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify technical information.
•Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple workstreams.
•Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including technical experts and senior leadership.
•Exposure to engineering, construction or professional services environments (highly regarded).
