Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on compressors and other mechanical equipment.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, using testing equipment to analyze performance and detect problems.
•Monitor compressor units for proper operation and adjust controls/settings to optimize performance and efficiency.
•Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities and report equipment conditions and parts/service needs.
•Follow health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and collaborate with engineers and operators to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Previous experience in equipment maintenance or mechanical work, with compression-related experience beneficial.
•Must have excellent attendance and be able to operate all production machines in the department.
•Must be able to monitor quality of machine output and maintain good housekeeping.
•Capable of safe physical mobility (including lifting up to 35 pounds) and working in a production environment, with visual acuity and overtime readiness.
