Visual Lead - Flatiron

Lead store execution of visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize profitability. You’ll partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to manage day-to-day operational functions (receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management), maintain product presentation, plan visual floor changes, and use reporting tools to identify opportunities. As a People Leader, you’ll coach Associates, support recruitment and development, manage performance feedback, and help ensure strong guest experience.
