Key Responsibilities

  • •Own environmental matters for the project, yard, and facilities, including developing environmental requirements.
  • •Implement the Environment Management Plan (EMP) and support development of the project HSE strategy.
  • •Conduct Environment Aspects and Impacts Analysis for all working sites and monitor impacts on the natural environment.
  • •Recommend and support implementation of environmental enhancement tools across air, water, land, noise, dust, waste, and processes.
  • •Prepare environmental inputs for service proposal tender and project bidding documents and support continual improvement through monitoring and evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years total experience and at least 5 years on the job, with 3 years in GCC.
  • •Knowledge of environmental management systems/standards and scientific principles for environmental control.
  • •Basic knowledge of chemistry and technical expertise across environmental issues.
  • •Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and the consenting process, including local laws.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and sustainability certification knowledge.
