Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and produce Level 1 and Level 2 schedules and provide periodic progress reporting.
  • •Support project teams with planning responsibilities tied to contract management and reporting requirements.
  • •Participate in project and programme planning and progress meetings with project teams.
  • •Identify and maintain programme/project milestones and schedule interface activities.
  • •Support planning and scheduling processes to manage contracts and contractor schedules, including schedule interface requirements and NEC schedule data submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject (preferred).
  • •Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications; intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
