Own end-to-end accounts payable activities, including processing invoices and credit notes, matching supplier documents to purchase orders and goods receipt notes, and posting entries to the accounting system with correct GL accounts and cost centres. Prepare payment-processing documentation, support month-end payables schedules and reports, and perform vendor ageing, debit balance tracking, withholding tax verification, and vendor statement reconciliations while meeting KPI and policy requirements.
