Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own critical HBM analog circuits across transmitters/receivers, clocking, SerDes analog blocks, bias/reference/calibration, and power delivery/regulation.
  • •Define and lead analog IP interfaces, power domains, clocking schemes, and reset strategies across subsystems.
  • •Perform detailed pre-layout and post-layout simulations and analysis (PVT, Monte Carlo, mismatch, aging).
  • •Work with layout engineers on floorplanning/symmetry requirements, matching/shielding, and EM/IR compliance; review and sign off analog layouts.
  • •Drive layout-aware build optimizations for advanced nodes and establish guidelines for analog build, documentation, and reuse.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •10–15+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC build.
  • •Proven expertise in high-speed interface design and clocking circuits (PLL/DLL/CDR).
  • •Strong experience in analog IP integration at the subsystem or SoC level.
