Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of logistics and carrier-related initiatives, from problem definition to execution and measurable impact.
  • •Perform root cause analysis on operational and customer issues, translating insights into practical and scalable solutions.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across carrier performance, delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
  • •Work closely with carriers and internal stakeholders (Logistics, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Customer Experience) to align priorities and deliver results.
  • •Analyse carrier and network performance, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, operations, consulting, or related fields.

  • •Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in Excel and BI tools (SQL is a plus).
