Key Responsibilities

  • •Pull qualified sites from inventory and establish deal cadence by engaging operator and landowner counterparties.
  • •Drive non-binding LOIs across rate, term, escalations, delivery milestones, and due diligence exclusivity.
  • •Negotiate term sheets and final commercial terms on standard transactions, escalating the largest/most complex to the Director.
  • •Work operator deliverables through the deal (e.g., floor plans, one-line diagrams, ESA status, and delivery schedules).
  • •Maintain the commercial position through diligence-to-redline cycles and prepare gate inputs for signature handoff.

Key Requirements
