Job Summary

Support the Senior Communications Manager and the Change management team within Digital & Tech (D&T) by translating complex initiatives into clear communication stories. Create presentations and storytelling decks, maintain SharePoint content as a super user, and help execute campaigns and content planning. Manage the D&T hub platform, collaborate with stakeholders for updates, and monitor communication effectiveness by preparing reports for the Communication team.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and deliver communications supporting D&T priorities and initiatives.
•Create communication materials including presentations and storytelling decks for internal and external audiences.
•Design and maintain SharePoint content as a super user, supporting teams with usability and structure.
•Support campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus.
•Manage the D&T hub platform and monitor/analyze communication effectiveness by preparing reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably in a corporate environment.
•Excellent storytelling and content creation skills for presentations and other materials.
•Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong structure and flow.
•SharePoint expertise at a super user level, plus native-level English.
