Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues.
  • •Support the monthly fiscal close process by identifying and processing required journal entries with business partners and meeting accuracy/timelines.
  • •Perform general ledger activities including accruals and expense account reclassifications.
  • •Review and analyze monthly activities for accuracy and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities.
  • •Perform account research and analyses, investigate and correct errors, and prepare ad hoc analyses/projects in line with GAAP and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business Administration or Accounting) and 2 years’ experience in a related field, or an alternate combination (e.g., master’s with up to 2 years, or 6 years experience).
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • •Detail oriented and organized with an analytical mindset for preparing financial reports.
  • •Advanced proficiency with financial software tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle, Blackline, and Copilot (or other automation platforms).
  • •Strong time management skills to meet multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
