•Define, implement and monitor production processes and tooling (ITSM, CMDB, scripting, automation, containerization, IaC).
•Monitor service performance and quality indicators (KPI, SLA, service catalog, contractual references).
•Manage staffing and skills: plan workloads and staffing to guarantee optimal service.
