Job Summary

Own and improve the top-of-funnel tooling stack across marketing and sales, including HubSpot, Salesforce lead routing/campaign influence, and Attention. Diagnose routing and attribution issues, then rebuild the stack into best-in-class workflows with AI-driven routing and dynamic nurture. Partner with Growth, BDR, SDR, and Partnerships to translate requirements into system changes, monitor performance, and ship fixes alongside engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and administer the marketing automation stack (HubSpot) to support campaign management and email marketing for top-of-funnel motion.
•Design and maintain handoff tooling across multi-channel lead flows into Salesforce, using tools such as Sweep, Calendly, and n8n to support SLAs.
•Administer Salesforce lead, contact, and campaign influence, diagnosing and fixing gaps in routing.
•Translate Growth, BDR, SDR, and Partnerships requirements into system changes while partnering with the Head of GTM Automation.
•Run sales productivity tooling (Attention), onboarding/offboarding users, and monitor performance to resolve bugs and ship fixes with engineering.

•Salesforce Certified Administrator.

•Fluent English (native or C2).
•Experience with lead routing or lifecycle management tooling such as LeanData, RingLead, or Chili Piper.
