Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC), estate strategies, target operating models, and change management for healthcare real estate projects.
  • •Engage with clients at various levels, build relationships, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • •Develop healthcare estate strategies and support business case authoring using HM Treasury 5-case model across project initiation to full business case.
  • •Demonstrate programme/project management, capital projects, and contract management skills in multi-disciplinary environments.
  • •Handle and analyse data sets to evidence proposed solutions and present insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (Batchelors)
  • •Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2 or MSP) or equivalent experience
  • •Business Case Writing skills or equivalent experience
  • •Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and managing change
  • •Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision making
