Join our Real Estate Consulting team to assess healthcare estate opportunities, develop business cases using HM Treasury 5-case model, and advise on estate strategies. •Prepare business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC), estate strategies, target operating models, and change management for healthcare real estate projects.
•Engage with clients at various levels, build relationships, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
•Develop healthcare estate strategies and support business case authoring using HM Treasury 5-case model across project initiation to full business case.
•Demonstrate programme/project management, capital projects, and contract management skills in multi-disciplinary environments.
•Handle and analyse data sets to evidence proposed solutions and present insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Batchelors)
•Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2 or MSP) or equivalent experience
•Business Case Writing skills or equivalent experience
•Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and managing change
•Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision making
