Job Summary

Support fully integrated conference rooms and meeting spaces on-site in Hamburg, working closely with the client, their UCC team, and AVI-SPL helpdesk. Set up and dismantle AV setups per customer requirements, troubleshoot audio/video systems, and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment (cameras, monitors, etc.) functioning. Document work, complete support tasks on time, and provide customer training and professional on-site assistance while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and dismantle conference rooms according to customer requirements.
•Install, troubleshoot, and maintain audio/video systems used in conference spaces.
•Perform preventive maintenance to ensure AV equipment functions properly (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, fans).
•Maintain accurate site documentation and complete support tasks carefully and on time.
•Provide on-site customer support and training when needed, collaborating closely with internal and external teams while following safety standards.
