  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and partner with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure workplace safety standards are met, including yard cleanliness and completing Gemba walks, and coordinate internal communication and inventory movement as needed.

Key Requirements
