Job Summary

Own technical oversight for data center construction as part of the Datacenter Development team. Conduct site inspections to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery; review provider construction methodologies; and establish construction best practices to optimize resources. Coordinate with design, operations, and other stakeholders for smooth handover, manage timeline and quality risks, and support site selection and EHS risk identification to ensure safety compliance across sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform regular site inspections for ongoing data center construction to ensure on-time completion and high-quality standards.
•Conduct technical reviews of data center infrastructure construction methodology from DC providers.
•Set up and enforce construction best practices frameworks to optimize resources across regions.
•Maintain clear project updates through consistent communication with internal stakeholders; identify timeline and quality risks across the project life cycle.
•Coordinate with design, operations, and other stakeholders to support smooth handover, and support site selection and EHS risk identification to ensure safety protocol compliance by DC providers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent with experience in a similar field.
•Proven field experience in construction, with familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations.
•Ability to lead and plan construction activities according to industry best practices.
•Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.
•Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to a highly dynamic environment.
